Close Encounters of the Thieving Kind
While going home from work, the passenger jeepney i rode on picked up a large burly man with an equaly large backpack, he also wore a baseball cap. Upon climbing inside the jeep, he proceeded to sit in between two women which is suspect since most would opt to sit on any more vacant space. He sat his backpack on his lap and after awhile nobody noticed anything until he told the driver to stop and climbed down from the vehicle. It turned out the backpack served to hide his other arm that was fishing things out of the passsenger lady beside him, it was a good thing the lady caught his arm and the theif didnt panic and just went down off the jeep. So people beware of a large man carrying a large backpack.
